Utilizing the technology developed in the African Executive Water trap we developed a Cooling Unit where we use evaporative cooling down working areas.
By spraying water into the air flow path of the ventilation, heat transfer from the air takes place.
The patented system removes the water from the ventilation, leaving you with dry cooled air.
Lab tests were done to show the efficiency of the African Executive Cooling Unit, we simulated Wet Bulb temperatures above 35 degrees Celsius and was successfully reduced to acceptable levels.
While doing this , we only used 30% of the water currently used by conventional underground cooling cars.
The African Executive Cooling Unit can save mine 70% of cooling water required.
