Utilizing the technology developed in the African Executive Watertrap, we developed a Cooling Unit where we use evaporative cooling to cool down working areas.
By spraying water into the air flowpath, the heat transfer from the air to the water.
The African Executive separator then removes the water from the air, leaving you with cooled dry air for your ventilation system
Attached is lab tests done to show the efficiency of the African Executive Cooling unit.
We simulated Wet Bulb Temperatures above 35 degrees Celsius, and was successfully reduced to acceptable levels.
While doing this, we only used 30% of the water currently used by conventional underground cooling cars.

Cooling Unit Size Drawing
390mm Evaporative Cooling Unit
Extreme heat causes a huge problem when Crushing mills shut down for service.
These units considerably eliminate the cooling time.
Furthermore collecting dust, resulting in cool and clean airflow which leads to increased productivity.
